“L’hotel è molto bello, a mezz’ora a piedi dalla piazza centrale. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, peccato che la notte l”

The cleaning was good, but there was a lot of noise from the staff at night and the cash payment was higher than what was agreed.

“The worst service.”

The owner demanded you pay triple the original price in cash, refused to honour your reservation, claimed the lifts and other facilities were not working, and suggested moving you to a different Airbnb property. I would not recommend this at all.
