“Wouldn't Recommend for Excursion Bookings”

The room was nice, spacious, and had a great shower, and the restaurant served very good food; unfortunately I had to work for three days and had to set up my laptop in the reception area because the room’s Wi‑Fi wasn’t strong enough for video calls. We also booked the Devil’s Pool excursion with the hotel, double‑checked the $159 USD price (which included transfers) twice via email, but on the day of the trip, as soon as we got into the vehicle they added an extra $46 USD per person. When we asked for reimbursement afterward, they denied it and sent a follow‑up email (while we were at reception) saying it was an error and that transfers aren’t included.

“Comfortable room and friendly staffs”

The room was clean and comfortable, though there was no air conditioning so they gave us a fan; the staff were very friendly and helpful, daily housekeeping was provided, and I plan to book transport or tours; breakfast was lovely (included) and dinner was not included, and there was a swimming pool.

“Good value for money.”

The staff were helpful, the location was good, and the value for money was solid; occasionally the water was cold, but that wasn’t a big deal since Victoria Falls is extremely hot.

Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was good, but the bar and restaurant were generally poor.

“We had a pleasant stay.”

It was affordable and close to tourist attractions, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the traditional food—sadza and beef stew—was nice, the chicken burger was tender and tasty, and breakfast was okay; mosquitoes and other flying insects were a problem because the staff left the bathroom window open, letting insects into our room daily, and the breakfast should include fruit on the menu.
