The hotel was fairly new and modern, and it was clean. However, the room didn’t provide a toothbrush or toilet paper. Compared to the general standard in Kontum, I found the hotel acceptable.

The rooms were clean. The noise level was high, with many intersections causing traffic to start honking at 6:00 am. Breakfast was only available until 9:00 am, which I also find too early for people who arrive late at night like me.

There was basically nothing. The room was cramped with little to no view in the city of Kon Tum, a place you don’t want to be. The room was too small, the beds were too hard, and the breakfast was awful: dry white bread with coconut, and that was it. Everything fell short, but the staff were friendly as always in Vietnam.

The location was central. The hotel could arrange manual motorbike rentals and also organized a vehicle with a driver for a private transfer to Da Nang. Breakfast was included but disappointing, with limited choices. Very few staff spoke English. We found a half‑eaten chocolate bar in the bedside drawers.

The hotel was close to the center, and the staff were friendly. The steam room was small.
