The ambience and surroundings are very nice, the park is stunning. Unfortunately the mattresses were very soft, so good sleep was not so easy.

Breakfast was superb, the personnel were very friendly, and the ambience was great. The double bed could only be accessed from two sides.

The historic building was beautifully renovated, with a cozy garden. The beds were good and the breakfast superb. The room was rather sparsely furnished.

Beautiful. The restaurant staff were very sweet and friendly. Very clean and with many parking spots at no extra cost. The structure is beautiful, quiet and very well soundproofed. The breakfast was fantastic, elegant and very comfortable. There are three separate buildings, each one close to the others but still easily reachable and nice. Maybe it's cultural, but there was no smile. I arrived with mechanical problems on my bike, almost midnight, after a very dangerous ride on a deserted, dark road. It's not the hotel's fault, obviously. I told the front‑desk man that I was late because suddenly I ran out of lights and had to arrive in the dark because there were no houses on the road. He just kept on with his business. I practically became invisible. I repeat, maybe it's cultural, but that was harsh, after having gone through something so intense. He never asked if I needed anything, if I could help. I was crying because it was so hard to reach the hotel in emergency conditions. Maybe they are too strict with their roles, but sometimes a guest just needs a word of encouragement, a little support, and a phrase like "I'm sorry what happened to you" or "I regret what happened to you" would suffice. No word. No kindness to carry my stuff. Nothing. It felt as if I didn't exist. I repeat, he was super friendly regarding his job, but no word at all. This does not mean they are not an excellent hotel, but there are things that can be given, like a small voice of encouragement.
