“Vieles kaputt und verbesserungswürdig”
The rooms were clean and the location matched what I expected – a bit higher up and a short walk from the beach or the nightlife, but quieter. The breakfast disappointed me; it was the same every day with very little variety, and some dishes, especially the scrambled eggs, looked unappetizing. For over 24 hours we had no working toilet flush; the repair couldn’t be done because a part was missing, and the hotel never mentioned this. We had to stay a day without a flush in the room. After repeatedly complaining to the staff, we were moved to a new room, where the door lock didn’t work at first. Every morning the staff would open the door without knocking and close it as soon as they noticed we were inside. In short, there was too much and too little communication – a broken toilet can happen, but the hotel should respond appropriately and not leave us two days without a flush.
