“I won’t recommend my friends who is going to QT and stay there.”
The view is nice. Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. On the first day, I left my own slippers under a chair and took a photo before going out. When I returned, they were gone. I later found out that another guest had been wearing them. When I politely asked about it, I was met with a very loud and confrontational response instead of a simple explanation. I chose not to take the slippers back after someone else had worn them. Even I call to the owner, she had told me give new one time slipper, but I also feel uncomfortable. There were also cleanliness issues: visible mould on the toilet ceiling and short black hairs on the bed sheets. The house rules stated quiet hours from 10pm to 6am, but these were not respected. There was frequent noise early in the morning,I’m not sure which doors always keep bang so many times whatever who is living downstairs. I knew the time it can be do anything before 10pm,but it also can be softly and gentle. However, at the night time washing machine/dryer was also running until around 10:21pm. Overall, I did not feel comfortable or respected during my stay. I expected basic cleanliness, consideration and respect for the house rules

It was very accommodating. And what was needed was available and adequate. And very good pricing. Appreciated the nights stay. Will come again. Can't get enough of the view
“Troca de quartos por confusão no agendamento, aguardando reembolso ainda”
A localização é bonita, porém é um local distante do centro para fazer o turismo a pé e também está localizado no topo do morro. Reservamos um quarto com vista para o lago e nos foi dado um sem vista e inferior. Ao chegarmos e falarmos com a proprietária nos informaram que o nosso quarto havia sido fornecido para outro viajante por engano, que não teria mais nenhum quarto com vista disponível e que poderia ser feito um reembolso da diferença do valor dos quartos. Por a cidade estar cheia e estamos cansados da viagem, acabamos aceitando. Hoje ainda não recebi o reembolso no valor de 194 dólares que foi acordado com a proprietária. As vagas de garagem são ruins e poucas, na última noite tivemos que estacionar no meio da rua. A vista da propriedade é linda pois fica no alto da colina, porém não tínhamos essa vista do quarto conforme reservado previamente. Nosso novo quarto era pequeno e desconfortável, não havia espaço para deixar as malas a não ser no chão. O banheiro possuía pouca iluminação. O quarto possui uma janela para a rua, que tem que ficar sempre com as cortinas fechadas devido a mesma dar na frente da casa, impedindo de ventilar o quarto. Não houve limpeza ou arrumação do quarto enquanto estávamos na acomodação. A comunicação não é muito fácil também já que responsável que nos atendeu não fala muito bem inglês. O espaço comum de sala e cozinha é agradável. Porém fiquei bem insatisfeita com a hospedagem , não retornaria e não recomendo . O problema dos quartos não ocorreu somente com a gente, outro casal que estava chegando previamente a nossa saída também reclamou de algo com a sua acomodação

VERY unpleasant two days. The unit was clean and the linen was good.the view is great. This is a share house and the photos are very deceiving. The house shares the main living room and the kitchen.however the staff member also lives in a room in the "private living area". We booked this as we really wanted a private space/place with a fireplace to sit in front of and watch TV. There was NO TV ( as per photo advertised) The TV is in the shared area upstairs. We asked for a refund but the owners (no English) declined. We are still waiting to hear back from bookings.com after sending a few massages and speaking to them on the phone. No tools to operate the fireplace and nothing provided to make fire. Had to drive from one shop to the next trying to find firewood. Fridge completely full of the staff member's food, no space to use as a guest. They offer a fridge upstairs in the shared area
