Unlike what the booking indicated, the room cleaning was not daily but every two days, and we had to push for it, and it was poorly done.

The beds were nice and the shower was good—overall a great stay. Nothing to complain about; it was all good.

We stayed for three nights and never had any room service—no towel changes or cleaning. It was a truly awful experience.

The accommodation works well for kids, breakfast was good, and it was close to the start of our excursion. The rooms were connected, which was a bit of a drawback.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were great. The price was high, but that’s just Alaska in the summer.
