The staff were friendly, but some bathroom parts were missing. Overall everything was excellent and clean—highly recommended.

We booked a double room with a private bathroom and it was fantastic! Teresa welcomed us upon arrival and helped with everything—she’s a very kind, fun, and approachable person, the heart of this hostel. Her son and she were also delightful. The hostel is very quiet, spacious, and upstairs there’s a kitchen area with tables. The owner was very friendly and offered help as well. In short, a 100 % recommended place with very economical prices; if you’re heading to Chachapoyas, don’t hesitate to stay here—it was a true pleasure! Everything was perfect!

The room had a street view, which I liked. However, it’s very far from the plaza.
