Atour Hotel Xiamen

“The experience was satisfactory. The front desk staff had a great service attitude and provided detailed introductions.”

Everything went smoothly, and the front desk team was friendly and gave thorough introductions. They even stocked sand‑digging tools and popcorn for the kids. Huandao Road and Huangcuo Beach are just a short walk away, and the hotel’s own pool makes it a solid pick for families.

The beach is close by, but the restaurant only offers breakfast, which is a let‑down. On the bright side, Wu Huay was helpful and explained the situation in a professional manner.

“Great location, staff, and food but needs some updates in some places.”

Breakfast, location, staff, and the overall vibe were great; we went to relax and the pool was nice and it was easy to walk to the food street down the road. Fixtures and fittings felt a bit worn and dirty in some of the common areas. Our balcony had two random chairs and no table. Nothing major but it took the shine off what is a beautiful hotel.

The location of this place is great. So peaceful and calm. The room was not dirty, but also it was not super clean. Could have been better in terms of cleaning

“It was a beatifu relaxing stay! I would recommend to anyone visiting Xiamen”

The hotel exceeded expectations in terms of location, amenities, and staff service. The property's proximity to the beach and its beautiful surroundings made for a wonderful stay. While there were some minor language barriers, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience.
