The owner’s kindness and the hotel’s sophistication combine for a delightful stay, and the breakfast was superb!

The hosts were delightful, breakfast was excellent, parking was easy, and the location in a nice town was really good, though the bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner, but that wasn’t a big deal.

Carpe Diem is a truly charming and serene escape where everything is set for a perfect stay; the breakfast is simply fabulous – generous, varied, made to order with high‑quality ingredients, a sublime cheese platter, and beautiful pastries, a real pleasure to start the day. The hidden garden is a peaceful haven with a stunning view of the castle, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are very quiet and have excellent bedding for restful nights. What makes this place truly unique are the hosts: their warm welcome, kindness, and constant attention make a big difference, and you feel at home immediately.
