I got a decent breakfast, but the orange juice machine had been broken since my last visit in April. The first room was infested with mold, and the second room had no hot water for the entire stay; Wi‑Fi only returned on Thursday and the TV only came back on Friday. The room was also piled with mats.

I arrived to check in, and it was hot and smelled musty right away. The front desk told me the elevator was broken and we’d have to haul all our cruise luggage up several flights of stairs. When I asked why I didn’t get an email, she said it was supposed to be fixed that week. I requested to cancel my booking; she was very kind about it. I suspect she had to explain this to many others.

Not much. Very little water pressure and NONE of it was hot. Breakfast was delayed until 930 and then there was only a few things available- no toast, pastry, cereal, buscuits. There were waffles and juice. Staff was friendly but couldn't help these things

The room was a nice size and the bed was a nice size. However, the first room’s lights didn’t work and the elevator was out because of renovations. That room was on the 2nd floor, then the next one was on the 4th floor, so we had to take the stairs. The A/C leaked and I didn’t bother the front desk because she didn’t seem to want to deal with the first room’s problems. There was no breakfast, and some rooms don’t lock from the outside.
