The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean enough for the price we paid, but the bed felt like a rock and the air conditioning was so cold that I couldn't adjust it.

The location was great, close to the metro and bus lines, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby, offering excellent value for money. We arrived at night and the front‑desk employee couldn't find our reservation, insisting we pay even though it was already covered by booking; eventually it was resolved. The room had no window, smelled damp, and the cleaning was not up to standard.
