“Terrible”
They cancelled 12 hours before because we didn’t pay enough. Terrible scam. The owner is from Europe and only cares about making money. I talked to him on the phone the night before we were to check in to get instructions on how to get there. He told us to go to the parking lot and we reserved 7 camels. An hour later a friend of his called and I sent him reservation details. When he conveyed what I paid to the owner he said they are sold out and told me to cancel. He offered me a tent for 89 € per person per night, 20 times more than I booked and prepaid for. He said they would find me a new place. They could not find one. I had to book myself and pay through the nose to get a place to stay. Ruined our New Year’s Eve.
