“Went against my gut and selected a Super 8 because reviews were good - they were lies.”

I was glad the place sat right off the interstate, making a quick overnight stop easy to reach. But the room was filthy and rundown: window screens were ripped, bathrooms were unclean, and the door didn’t feel secure. We checked in late, headed straight to bed, and the next morning I spotted a blood‑like stain on the mattress and a used bandage on the chair. I told the staff before checking out, but nothing was fixed.

The bed was comfy and the pillows were amazing. The bathroom, however, looked shabby and didn’t match the room’s decor.

“Familiar with property.”

I’m familiar with this property because we stay there once a year; it’s easy to find. There’s plenty of food, including local restaurants. The breakfast could use more options and longer hours—some guests, like me, don’t get back to the hotel until 1 am and sleep until 2–2:30 am because of work. An open‑until‑10 am breakfast would be great. I rarely get up in time to eat. Also, the carpets were very dirty and need cleaning or replacement.
