The room is spacious with a bathroom that has a window. The staff is pleasant. The neighbouring building is in ruins, which detracts from the environment.

The building is beautiful, elegant, and detailed in its furnishings. It has a superb location with a breathtaking sea view and, when the weather allows, a view of the Alicudi and Filicudi islands. The garden and lawn are well kept and relaxing. The continental breakfast is better than many other 4‑star hotels.

The B&B is managed by a lovely and helpful host. The apartment was roomy and nicely decorated. Getting to Palermo by train was easy, and the B&B is a short walk from the sea. We arrived in late October, so it was quiet. The breakfast was very good, featuring homemade Sicilian treats.

Everything was perfect: Luisa’s availability, the amazing view, and the abundant, excellent breakfast. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. There was nothing that wasn’t fine; everything was perfect.
