I tried reaching out several times, but nobody ever got back to me, so the whole communication thing just fell flat.
I actually liked the place overall, but the shower was tiny and, to make matters worse, there was no hot water at all.

The room and the bed looked exactly like the pictures, and George was quick to answer my WhatsApp messages, which was handy. The metro stop is right around the corner, but when I got there the reception was empty, the door was left open and there was a mess of ongoing work, making it hard to locate the place since there were no “Bright Rooms” signs. With no breakfast option and the chaos at the front desk, I felt the price was too high for what I got.
