Breakfast had to be brought by guests, and a single chair for two people was very uncomfortable; the room and bathroom were spotless but lacked soul. The building felt cold and lifeless, like the moon, with only a few visitors and no staff. The elevator was oddly positioned between floors, so you had to decide whether to walk half a floor up or down; it’s clever but especially handy for older guests who struggle with stairs.

Das Hotel an sich ist in Ordnung. Aber man sollte sich einiges bezüglich Qualität einfallen lassen. So wie es jetzt ist kann man es nicht weiter empfehlen. Es war alles staubig. Es wurde in der ganzen Woche nicht einmal der Mülleimer geleert die Handtücher gewechselt. Da es kein Frühstück gab hätte man wenigsten eine Kaffeemaschine aufstellen können. Um 22:15 wurde das Nachbarzimmer lautstark gereinigt, staubgesaugt, herumgeschmissen. Bis ich die Putze darauf aufmerksam machte das auch sie sich an die Hausordnung halten sollte

The location was excellent for a nearby spa visit, and the scenery was great, but surprisingly there was no breakfast. I was a bit concerned about security because the room key code was very easy to guess and the front door stayed open all the time. Staff were nowhere to be seen, but that didn’t bother me.

The hotel room was comfortable, but throughout my stay I saw no staff or other guests, the reception was empty at all times, and responses to messages via the booking site were slow—when I asked if I could leave my luggage after check‑out, I didn’t get an answer until 24 hours later. The café was closed and there was no food in the vending machine.
