We had booked a mysterious dream night and received a confirmation with an address. When we arrived, we had to call the host to learn how to access the accommodation; he told us that the suite we had booked was not the one we were at and then gave us a completely different name for another place with a different address! We moved to the new location, which turned out to be extremely small, whereas we had originally ordered something larger and in a different décor that suited us best. The place we were taken to was a room about 10 square metres, with a spa bathtub, a bed, a shelf, a small oven, a little dishware, and a small electric plate. It was fit for a Formula 1 hotel… In that room, next to a sauna that was part of the hallway leading to the entrance, there was even a sink! In short, we were extremely disappointed and cancelled immediately with the host, and now it’s very difficult to get a refund. I absolutely do not recommend them.

The sauna and jacuzzi were excellent, and there was nothing else to criticize.
“Annulation demandée, et REFUSÉE”
There was nothing positive; it was impossible to get into the accommodation. I couldn’t reach anyone by phone or email.
“Décevant !”
I was really disappointed. The place was filthy; the spa bathtub had dirt when the bubbles were turned on, and the water came out dirty. The TV worked only half the time, and while the bed was comfortable, the area under it was full of grime as if it had never been cleaned. The hotel looked great overall, but the cleanliness and TV reliability need serious improvement. I paid a lot for this, and my boyfriend couldn't even use the spa bathtub because it was so dirty. It definitely doesn’t justify the 200€ we spent, and I won’t ever return. Stay away—there are cleaner, better options out there.
“Bien sans plus”
The hotel was discreet, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and it was easy to access the two TVs on each floor for music, which was nice. However, the staircase was a bit dangerous when going down to the room, and the jacuzzi was disappointing because it had many small floating bits that needed a deeper clean. A few glasses of champagne on hand would have been a plus, and the coffee machine with free pods is cheap but would be nice.
