Boutique Hotel Katia, El Harkat, is a 10-minute drive from Marrakech's city center and 10 minutes from Marrakech Menara Airport. This hotel features an outdoor pool, garden, outdoor bar, pétanque facilities, and a hammam. Rooms have air-conditioning, private terraces with mountain views, flat-screen TVs, and en suite bathrooms with hairdryers. A continental breakfast is provided, and Moroccan and French cuisine can be arranged upon request.

The food was excellent. The staff were very attentive. It was quiet in late September, so it was very pleasant. The evening looked beautiful. The pool music was annoying; the place would be more relaxing and chic without it. Our bathroom wasn’t clean, and some work needs to be done (the toilets were open).

The Villa Katia is a quiet retreat, offering everything you need: two pools, a restaurant, a bar, a spa, paddle… A family pool and an adults‑only pool are a real bonus! Breakfasts are hearty and homemade. The restaurant menu is extensive and everything is excellent! The staff are meticulous, always attentive and available, and they responded quickly when a bulb was faulty, swapping it in the room in five minutes. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with balconies or terraces that are also very pleasant. It’s not far from Marrakech’s attractions (15 minutes to Jema el Fna, 1 hour to Agafay Desert, 20 minutes to the airport). This was our third stay at Villa Katia and we’ll definitely come back again! Everything was perfect!

The two pools are very well maintained, the staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast is more varied than in other hotels. The property is quite remote and the road leading to the villa isn’t paved. We also had a small issue with water pressure in the shower at night.

The property offers various areas, so you can stay quiet if you want. The two pools are a plus, and the greenery is very abundant. The welcome and staff are very friendly.
