I had a very lovely stay at Kunzmann's Hotel & Spa; the spa was relaxing, the massage wonderful, and overall it was a very comfortable and peaceful place to stay. I also really appreciated how they made things right on my birthday, which felt thoughtful and kind. However, there was some miscommunication about my dietary requirements, and the initial response felt quite blunt. I also did not expect that so much would be in German, so as an international guest it was sometimes a little harder to fully follow everything.
