The response to inquiries was quick, which made me feel at ease! The price is cheap and the station is close. It’s sufficient if you’re just going to sleep. Even if it’s small, a table would be convenient. Hair was found on the bedding, sink, and various parts of the bathroom.

I liked that the staff didn’t meet face‑to‑face, so I could check in and out without feeling awkward. Some areas that are being renovated are still in their original state, which is a bit concerning; if they could unify the style, it would be even better.

The dining area is close to the city center and easy to use. The air conditioner didn’t work well.

It’s cheap, within walking distance from Kofu Station, and has a refrigerator and air conditioner. No particular issues.

Parking was close by, but the room cleaning felt sloppy and the futon was flat.
