Plaza 54 turned out to be a solid choice; the team was down‑to‑earth, friendly and helpful, and we always felt secure thanks to the excellent security. The place stayed spotless and well kept. The only downside was the lack of laundry or ironing options, which made things a bit tricky. Everything else was spot‑on. Huge shout‑out to Ayedan for the great support and courteous attitude, and thanks to the security guards and front desk for their professionalism and warm hospitality. All in all, a great stay.

“Overall short stay good and friendly”

The room’s location is convenient, close to the Global Embassy for visas and Kuningan City. Unfortunately, the shower head was moldy and the hot water kettle’s cover was broken.

“J’aurais préféré payer plus cher mais être ailleurs.”

The room offered great value for money, yet the five calls to prayer from the nearby mosque echoed right through the windows, making earplugs a must and the noise unbearable—as if the prayers were in our bed. On the last night they hounded me for a 100 000 RP deposit for the room card, which I couldn’t pay because I had no cash. The surrounding Muslim neighbourhood wasn’t a problem, but the staff’s rude gestures made my 11‑ and 15‑year‑old children feel very uneasy.
