I had used the hotel twice a few years ago, and this time I still wanted a proper paper receipt. Even though I booked and paid online, other hotels provide this, so that’s not a valid excuse.

I was really happy with the breakfast – the freshly made onigiri in the morning was a real treat, and the miso soup was actually pork miso, plus the fried items were crisp. Every little thoughtfulness felt very comforting. I brought a child and they were thrilled to receive child‑friendly amenities. On the second morning, because the breakfast was late, I watched the cleaning crew in action and they were very gentle. Every staff member was friendly and courteous, which made the stay genuinely pleasant. I also explored each floor’s elevator wall designs, which was a lot of fun. The room was a bit tight, but that’s expected for a business hotel.
