I was quite impressed with the room's spaciousness, but I felt that the hotel's policies were a bit too restrictive, especially when it came to ironing my clothes, which was quite pricey compared to other hotels I've stayed at. On the other hand, I was a bit disappointed to find that they didn't provide any tea, coffee, or chocolate in the room, which is something I've come to expect from most hotels.

The customer service at this hotel was truly exceptional, and I appreciated the room upgrade they gave me during their anniversary celebration. However, I did notice a few maintenance issues, including some cracks in the walls and a water system in the bathroom that would slow down after a few uses.

“Peaceful and comfortable”

The breakfast at this hotel was just okay, but it could have been better. Unfortunately, I don't have much to say about the hotel's negatives since everything seemed to be in order.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room's size, which was quite large for the price, and the room service was timely and efficient. The staff, particularly Lekan at the front desk, were very courteous and helpful, and they truly made my stay enjoyable. However, I did experience some issues with the water pressure in the bathroom, which was almost non-existent at times, and the rug in my room was quite dirty. Additionally, the food could have tasted better.
