The place is in a great spot and the hotel itself is solid. Off‑season rates are a steal, and there’s a ton of nearby options. But you’ll have to pack your own pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, soap and shampoo – the basics aren’t supplied. The entertainment crew also feels a bit ad‑hoc; a proper schedule would make the big property feel more welcoming.

The TV was scratched all over and didn’t work at all – clearly the room wasn’t well maintained.

Absolutely worth it – the room was comfy, the staff were quick and polite, and the pool area was a highlight. Walking around Caldas Novas from the hotel is a breeze. I’d give it a 10/10 and can’t thank the host enough for being so helpful.

Loved the pools, the location, the clean rooms, and the friendly service – overall a great stay. The downside was the noise at night, especially on weekends, and the pool area was chaotic with kids running around and playing ball. A bit more control would make it even better.
