The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, and it was easy to get there right off the interstate. However, there were shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall in the tub/shower but no liquid body wash, which I found odd, so I had to use the small bar of hand soap in the shower.

I didn't get much out of the stay, but the beds were pretty decent. The pool was a mess and unusable, and we never got an email or a heads‑up at check‑in. The ice machine was broken, and at night there were homeless people roaming the parking lot.

The rooms were just okay. The food was awful; the orange juice was watered down so much you couldn't tell it was orange juice, and they even tried to dilute the waffle batter. When I poured a cup of mix onto the waffle maker, most of it turned into steam and there was almost no waffle left to eat, so I left in disgust. I went to the front desk to check my bill, but no one was there. I won't stay at this Comfort Inn again and will probably steer clear of other Comfort Inns for a while. I've always liked Comfort Inns, so this must be due to bad management.

Breakfast had both hot and cold options. They seemed to keep it stocked. 1. The pool is and has been non usable for months. It's full of green sledge. The elevator was broke and staff offered no assistance getting my luggage down from the third floor which was problematic as I'm 73 with a recent back surgery. I've stayed at this site several times and it's going downhill fast

The pool was a dark green shade, which was the main reason we booked. The AC in the room barely blew any air; it was 74 in the room and rising. Shower pressure was weak, with the tub spout and shower head both running at the same time.
