The green area is calm and pretty, the food is good, there are plenty of play spaces for kids, the bungalow is cozy, and there are several calm sharks to relax with. When we arrived, we were told our booking was on a “waiting list” because we hadn’t paid a deposit, yet we received no deposit request. Meanwhile, friends who booked the same room the same night via the same method (booking) were never told about a deposit or waiting list. We had to struggle for almost 30 minutes using Google Translate and phone calls to book a larger, pricier room instead of the one originally reserved. In the end everything was sorted, but it wasn’t a pleasant arrival and that hiccup was never explained. Also, the beds are hard.

The room, view, and staff were all great. The only downside was that it was a bit far.
