Nothing positive. The experience was terrible: wasting time and money, rooms in bad condition, apparently not cleaned for a long time, attendants were drunk, rooms lacked inner side chitkani and only had a lock latch that anyone could open from outside, no security, no drinking water, had to leave at 11 PM, no parking, and the website claimed 250 MTRS from Har Ki Pauri while it was actually over 3.5 km away.

I really liked the room quality—it was awesome, spacious, and well maintained. The washroom and floors were extremely neat and clean, making the stay even better. Cleanliness was top class. The owner is very humble and understanding, always ready to help. The host is also very polite and cooperative. The receptionist was very humble, nice, and professional. The hospitality from the entire team was excellent. Overall, I loved the cleanliness, comfort, and respectful behavior of the staff; it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly, there was nothing I disliked. Everything was well managed and up to the mark. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if the kitchen could stay open longer or have emergency food options for guests who feel hungry late at night. Apart from this, everything was amazing and I am completely satisfied. ⭐

Property is new and has all facilities one needs and expects from a hotel. The basic things lacks here 1. No intercom, one has to go all the way down to reception to communicate or call them on their personal phone. 2. Towels are on demand, and that too no bathmat delivered. 3. Curtains were clipped on window as the same was yet to installed. 4. Cleaning was not upto mark, be it room or bathroom. You will find stains on bedsheet, towels, floor (when I rubbed my feet, it went away). Hairs were toh on everything, bed, bathroom, WC. When informed that the WC is not cleaned, the guy simply flushed the toilet
