The view was fantastic, and both breakfast and dinner were very good with plenty of variety. The staff were professional and very friendly. The bathroom was attached to the room, so there were no windows.

“A estadia foi incrível!”

I had a very pleasant stay; every employee was impeccably attentive and very kind. I chose the all‑inclusive plan, which paid off big time, and I never had to worry about meals because the hotel offered a wide range of dishes that suit almost any taste. The location is perfect: right by the beach and at the heart of Benidorm’s nightlife. The room was very comfortable, so I wholeheartedly recommend it. During peak times the elevators were noticeably slow, and one was temporarily out of service, leaving only one available for guests. Later, management partially resolved the issue by opening the service elevator, which helped cut the wait. Because the hotel sits in the center of the nightlife and close to the beach, the area is very busy; if you’re looking for a completely calm, peaceful holiday far from the bustle, this might not be the best spot in Benidorm. At the beach entrance, there are many rocks right at the water line, but there are cleaner spots, and walking a bit further, the water deepens enough for swimming and diving freely.
