The room was generally spacious and clean, the air conditioning works. The owner was friendly. Parking is limited to two cars, but we were alone. Breakfast was local and tasty. The room has a bit of wear; it could use a fresh coat of paint and new bathroom doors. I think the owner forgot to give us a blanket, and we didn’t ask because we thought we could manage, which was our mistake.

The room felt clean and the air conditioning worked well, so even during the rainy season the stay was comfortable. The quiet residential area made it a peaceful place. The downside is that the bus stop, major tourist spots, and the supermarket are all a bit far from the hotel.

The place was spotless, the beds were cozy, and the AC was reliable. The highlight, however, was Nimal, the host, who was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to chat or assist with any request. From here we booked a wildlife tour to Wilpattu National Park and a tuk‑tuk city tour. The city center is very close, just a short tuk‑tuk ride or a 15‑minute walk away.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the room matched the photos exactly. The floor cleaning could use improvement, especially in the bathroom where ants initially came out of the drain.

We had a great stay: the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The location was both convenient and quiet. The owner was lovely and shared plenty of travel tips. We would definitely recommend this place.
