I want to point out that this isn’t a hotel but a guest house, and within that framework everything is excellent: quiet, great location right in the city center with plenty of shops and cafés, very welcoming and professional staff, a proper mattress. I was on a business trip and stayed for 5 nights, my back was fine. 5G internet! After the third night I called the owner, who asked how I was settling in and confirmed that a full room cleaning is done every three days. In the evening the room was cleaned with fresh sheets and towels, even the slippers were changed. The room had a separate bathroom, hot water from a boiler, a wide bed, a TV, a toothbrush, and slippers. Just a suggestion: most of the time in the Kanto area the weather is warm and hot. I drove almost 2 hours from Manas airport. It would be nice to leave at least a half‑liter bottle of still water in the room as a welcome.
