While my friend was opening the bathroom’s glass sliding door, it suddenly shattered, sending shards all over the room. She wasn’t seriously hurt but had several small cuts and glass on her feet. The incident could have been much worse, especially to the eyes or face. We notified the hotel immediately; they gave us a new room and disinfected her injuries, which we appreciated. However, despite the seriousness, no compensation or proper follow‑up was offered. It’s concerning that a glass door in a daily‑used area could break like that, and the overall cleanliness of the place was not very good, both in common areas and rooms.

“Luxus és csend az Agafay-sivatagban”

The camp is an hour from Marrakech and, compared to others, it’s small with only 10 luxury tents. The staff are incredibly attentive, humble, and watch every wish. The tent meets all needs, and the terrace view is spectacular. We woke up to sunrise for 30 € per person. The accommodation includes breakfast, which was divine, and the dinner price and delivery were perfectly fair. The only downside is that we spent less than 24 hours there 😊, but that’s not the camp’s fault.

The location is very nice since it is quite empty around and looks a bit like a real dessert. The facilities are very good and clean and staff were also great. Spacious rooms and overall very nice stay. The owner of the place was a bit rude and in my opinion very disrespectful. We were sitting by the pool making some drinks of our own (as Europeans we have some preferred alcohol brands that are very hard to find in Morocco, so they did not have them); we were keeping these drinks somewhat hidden, so that we don’t disturb another customers and just trying to enjoy 1-2 hours by the pool. The owner was sitting at a table with his friends and looking at us in a very arrogant manner and then he called our waiter told him something after which the waiter came and told us we cannot drink our drink there anymore. This gesture, in my opinion, does not belong in a 5-star resort/hotel as I stayed in many of them, so it is a pity the owner is so narrow minded because the staff were very nice

“The perfect escape from sensory overload in the Medina. We would return in a heartbeat with great pleasure”

It felt like a slice of paradise. The tents were luxurious, the staff were helpful and friendly, the pool was beautiful, the music great, and the food tasty. Entertainment was impressive, and honestly I can’t fault the place at all! The camels were splendid.
