“Great stay for me and my 4 adult kids”

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Although there were a few minor issues, the staff's kindness and assistance made up for any shortcomings.

I was initially impressed by the friendly staff and delicious breakfast at this hotel. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I discovered that our suite hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, despite my prior request. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the presence of a sandwich in the microwave was a major letdown. Although the free shuttle to the airport was a nice touch, the cleanliness issues overshadowed the hotel's other redeeming qualities.

“Will stay here again when in the area”

I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of my room at this hotel, as well as the friendly staff and excellent location. Although the breakfast area was a bit cramped, it didn't detract from my overall experience. The full kitchen and amenities were a nice bonus, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The hotel's location was one of its strongest points, making it easy to get around the area. However, I was disappointed by the maintenance issues I encountered during my stay. Despite this, I would consider staying here again if the hotel addresses its maintenance concerns.
