“Avoid this place unless it’s a pinch.”

Decent location, clean sheets!. Had to double pay to stay! Was charged by booking and then had to pay again in order to stay. Would not let me check into hotel until I paid. Even showing the receipt from paying on Booking. Took 8 days to get my refund

The cherokee mountain inn was nice , comfortable beds like the purple in the carpet , my favorite color. The staff was nice.The only problem I had was we booked it on booking. com said the deposit would only be $50. And when we arrived, thankfully, I had the money in the account that woman that was running, it told me I had to put up a $192 deposit.\n We told her it was $50. She said she'd been doing that a long time. But I gave her my debit card to hold the deposit and of course, I left the room very clean and even made up the bed. I was in I had to take a separate hotel from my son because he had already booked another hotel and we couldn't find anything last minute That was affordable or not taken. This was at a decent price for that weekend. We got there had booked it the hold deposit was 50.00 it said hot there the older women was nice but made me put my card on file for alot more to hold it orcleanning fee or what ever it was but luckily I had it but was told it would be back on Monday check out but glad no money was taken out of my account or they took the hold off please dont take anything out ever please without my permission thanks all settled. The stay was nice

Easy to get to, good prices. Convenient to all the local happenings. Looks like they were working on updating the rooms ( love to see improvement) or room looked freshly painted, and they had taken down old curtains and put up black out blinds. The king suite was roomy. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel overall looked taken care of, and clean. Our bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned
