“Delusione totale !”
I had to switch rooms twice because the first one’s shower wouldn’t work. They assigned me a top‑floor room that was basically a nightmare: broken shutters that slammed all night because they couldn’t close, a lamp hanging from electrical wires, and everything looked nothing like the photos or the star rating. The price was €100 for one night.
“Déçu”
The shower had no pressure or hot water, the toilet flush was faulty, the place wasn’t very clean, the bed creaked, the AC hadn’t been cleaned, and the view from the window was awful.
“Non ci tornerei”
The location is good near the station and transport links. One of the two rooms was unmentionable, the other was ordinary.
They responded quickly and were very polite in their reply, and the hotel is just a couple of blocks from the station. However, the AC was broken, the room had a sewer smell, the shower didn’t work properly, and there was black mold on the ceiling.
“Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny”
The room wasn’t brand‑new, but it was spotlessly clean, serviced daily, and the air‑conditioning worked perfectly; for the price it makes a solid base for sightseeing, it’s a quiet, safe spot just five minutes from the station.
