The did the wrong booking and we were forced to look for other accommodation during night hours. both cancellations was not refunded and staff were not helpful at all. Nothing - they booked the wrong room and refused to accommodate us. We were forced to cancel and make other arrangements and no fees were given back. Worse experience so far. We left because the advertised farm stay was misleading: it promised peace and quiet but the rooms were dirty, the electrical connections were unsafe, the shower and toilet were filthy, and we couldn’t control noisy guests. We had to check out early.
