The location was spot‑on and the rooms were spotless, staff friendly and quick to help. The only drawback was that the hotel was still under construction – you could see unfinished work in a few areas. Still, the cleanliness and service made up for the mess.

The crew took care of every request I made, always polite and quick to sort things out. I'd definitely book again.

The heating was a lifesaver after two freezing nights on the way to Uyuni, and the simple room was clean and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The downside was the lack of a real window – the opening faced an atrium – and the bathroom grille seemed to lead straight into the neighboring room’s bathroom.
