The staff were kind, the all‑inclusive food was great with a very, very generous buffet in the evening and a huge menu at lunch. Service was perfect, very helpful and attentive. The hotel isn’t very large but just enough, which makes it intimate. Being late in the season, we only had two evening activities, but they were perfect. Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.

The area is wonderful, the location is optimal, and the cleanliness is everywhere. The breakfast spread is insufficient: it’s sweet, Italian‑style with many pastries that could be more continental – there are too few accompaniments. Plain bread is a missing item. Later, the butter ran out; there’s nothing else to replace it, and today there’s no password. Getting hot drinks requires long walks: it’s very ineffective. The drink is delivered only when you reach the table! The staff ignores your complaint. This is negative.

We appreciated the location and, though we couldn’t use it because of bad weather, the availability of the pool and the private beach club. The rooms are spacious and generally clean. The half‑board and all‑inclusive options are definitely convenient and competitively priced. The breakfast could use some improvement, especially the coffee service. It’s understandable that staff early in their careers need time to gain experience, so pairing less‑experienced employees with colleagues who can give guidance and constructive feedback would help. When a guest points out something that isn’t to their liking, it would be important to listen carefully without downplaying their comment. Also, given that the property touts its commitment to environmental stewardship and low energy impact, seeing a boiler in every single room raises legitimate doubts about that claim. Finally, the industrial laundry on the top floor, right next to the stairwell, creates a noticeable noise that carries through all the floors and reaches the rooms.
