“Perfect location on the piazza.”

The location was great and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast didn't match the pictures on the website at all.

The spot was just steps from Piazza Navona and the main sights of the capital, and the staff were very courteous and helpful, but I would have appreciated a number or some sort of identification on the doors.

“Would not stay again. Too costly for what I actually got. Bathroom very old, funny smell, and too”

The place was conveniently located, but the room was dirty, very old, and not “luxury”; the breakfast could have been better— the bread was stale.

“A really lovely couple of days in a delightful, central property that gets so much right. Thank you.”

The location was excellent just off Piazza Navona, and it stayed quiet enough after 10‑11 pm; the young staff were excellent, pleasant, helpful, and efficient, giving the property a very personal touch that made us feel right at home. The only downside was a slight odor in the bathroom after turning on the sink tap, probably due to old plumbing, but it cleared quickly with ventilation.

“The hotel worked well for our pre-cruise stay in Rome.”

The staff were amazing, especially Jennifer who was quick to help us with everything we needed, but I couldn’t find the hotel’s front door because its location is obscure; I spent about 30 minutes walking up and down the street trying to locate it.
