The staff were cordial. The room we stayed in (for 3 people) was old, had no window, seemed to lack basic maintenance (paint, exposed wires, shower not working properly – cold water). Breakfast only had basic items like scrambled eggs and fresh orange juice. The nightly rate does not reflect the services offered.

The coffee was very good, staff were cordial, location was fine. The noise from the bar next to the establishment was a problem.

The breakfast was good 👍, but room 212 was awful with a strong mold smell, old air conditioning also smelling mold, and the bathroom needed more attention plus a scary hole in the ceiling.

The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help, which made a big difference. Unfortunately the room showed signs of neglect – the bathroom ceiling was mouldy and overall maintenance was lacking. The breakfast was just a very simple spread, nothing special.
