The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location was excellent, just a 50‑meter walk to a covered shopping street. Free laundry with detergent and a unique drying option in the bathroom worked well. The room was small. Wi‑Fi was slow, spotty, and we kept getting dropped during video calls; the lobby was too crowded for calls. The AC/heater smelled like moldy bread and blew that odor when we turned it off, making it unpleasant on return. Running the AC at 23 °C or lower stopped the bad smell. Our room, 214, was the second‑to‑last in the hallway.

The staff were fantastic and the hotel was nice, with a good location and reasonable price. The room was a bit small.
