Overall the structure was nice and the location was great, but the room wasn’t ready until 16:30, the pool was dirty in the morning with still‑dirty towels left around, and plates and glasses from the previous evening were still on the floor at 9:30 a.m., which didn’t match the hotel chain’s standards.

The Lobby Bar felt snug, but the restaurant was closed for dinner, there was no gift shop even though signs pointed to one, and the vending machines were broken.
