The room is spacious, very clean, and in a great walkable location near all public transport and the city center. Breakfast is excellent. At reception, they told me to Google for information because “everything is there,” which I found unpleasant. There was a problem with the payment: we usually split the bill between two people at all hotels, but they said no, which was awkward and bad service. I didn’t have much cash, and they refused to let us pay with a credit card as a joint payment. The entrance was very dark and cramped.

The hotel is perfectly located for walking to all the city’s attractions. The lunch spread is hearty and varied. The staff are attentive and helpful. There is nothing to complain about.

The location is good, the place is quiet, and breakfast is fine. The refrigerator’s temperature control is poor; it froze everything on the lowest setting. The room was too warm without opening the windows, and the AC seemed not to work.
