The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which mattered a lot for our group of ten who needed a place that treated us well; they even let us check‑in early, served three home‑style meals on site at great prices, stored our luggage and gave us time to sightsee after work. The neighbourhood in Medellín is excellent, with plenty of shops and activities nearby, making it a solid choice for large groups, couples or solo travelers. A special shout‑out to Adriana, who greeted us first, and thanks to everyone else—we’ll be back, thank you!

The food was fine, though the menu could change more often because it’s the same every day. For three people sharing a room, the temperature was too low and we needed another fan.

The staff were outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet for rest. The hotel’s location was ideal for traveling to UDEA.
