The rooms are very small and uncomfortable, and the coupons are a disaster, like from the last decade 😣. The room and bathroom are tiny and poorly designed, making it dangerous to get out of the shower. I recommend a shower cabin!

The hotel was perfect, especially the breakfast which was very good. However, the room felt a bit cramped for our family. I had booked two separate reservations for two nights, and even though I had asked to stay in the same room both nights, we were forced to check in again the next day and swap our bracelets, which was inconvenient. On both check‑ins, the front desk claimed I hadn’t paid for one of the nights, even though payment had already been made; I had to show them the payment details and explain the situation each time before they finally realized the reservation was paid. Overall, the stay was okay, but the repeated payment confusion and unnecessary second check‑in made the experience less pleasant.
