“SCAM, BETRUG!”

WARNING SCAM!!! The hotel doesn’t exist! After reading several Google reviews (we checked them again on the bus, about an hour before arrival) that said the hotel didn’t exist, we called. The first WhatsApp number said it wasn’t responsible and told us to call another number. That number called back, and for about 15 minutes I only heard noises before it hung up. Then the number texted that the room was unavailable and that we would be moved to another hotel. Luckily we could cancel on the same day and did so immediately. Finding a place or a hotel room in Cartagena that quickly is not easy. Just horrible and apparently the scam, since we weren’t the first.

“Disappointing”

Although this hotel boasts a stunning courtyard and pool, its compact rooms and lack of amenities fell short of expectations. The convenient location was a highlight, but the disappointing room size and limited facilities detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel staff, particularly David, provided exceptional service throughout my stay. However, the noise from the water pump in my room was a significant issue.

“Boa localização e estrutura”

The hotel's accommodation was very comfortable, with all amenities functioning perfectly, including the TV, shower, and air conditioning. The pool and hot tub were excellent options for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather. The hotel's location was convenient, with everything within a 15-minute walk.
