The staff were very friendly, but the bedside clock was off by about twelve hours so the alarm didn’t work, the air‑conditioning unit was noisy, and the fire alarm light kept catching my eye, making it hard to call the room a good sleeping environment.

The complimentary drinks were a relief since vending machines usually charge a lot, and the selection let me try a lot of different things. When I left something behind in the room and checked out, the staff dealt with it quickly. However, the air‑conditioner was noisy and made it hard to hear the TV, and there was no fan speed control or timer, so I struggled to stay comfortable. The free‑drink service was great, but the clear glasses had rounded bottoms that splashed when I poured, leaving my hands dirty. Although the lost‑item handling was swift once they found my thing, they could have saved me a shipping fee by contacting me as soon as it was located. I only heard from them after I realized the item was missing that evening and reached out myself, even though the item had my name engraved and should have been noticed when cleaning began.
