There is a supermarket and mall in the city center, but the rooms are poorly arranged, lack in-room amenities like a minibar, and are close together, causing major disturbance.

The check‑out was smooth and the bed was comfortable, but no one spoke English, reception was always empty, no staff cleaned the room, the hallway was chain‑smoked and the smoke seeped into my room, leaving a bad smell and stains on the toilet, the sink was missing, the shower didn’t work, cigarette residue, old papers, toothpaste, and large cockroaches like rats roamed the toilet and room, people were cooking in other rooms or the hallway from early morning, there was a smell of burnt food and various cooked items hidden under a garage with no sign, the entryway looked like a dirty backdoor with sheets, towels, and floor, remote controls didn’t work, and overall it was worse and messier than a refugee camp in Iraq.
