Hotel Wanted

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. The staff's kindness and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I did encounter some minor issues with the bathroom and toilet doors not closing properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

“Séjour moyen”

Unfortunately, I had a difficult time getting my bill sorted out, which was a major inconvenience during my stay. Despite the hotel's other amenities, this issue overshadowed my overall experience.

Unfortunately, my room was extremely dimly lit, which made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy my stay. This was a major letdown, and I was expecting a more comfortable and welcoming environment.

“Very helpful staff, good room and bathroom but need English instructions”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, my room was brand new with modern appliances and a spacious bathroom, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, I encountered some challenges as a wheelchair user, finding the narrow doors and initial room's two-step entrance difficult to navigate, necessitating a room change. Additionally, I struggled with the high-tech buttons in my room, as they were only labeled in Korean, making them hard to understand.

I appreciated the hotel's cozy atmosphere and clean bathrooms, which made my stay quite pleasant. However, the thin bathroom door allowed a lot of noise to seep in, which was a bit of a nuisance.
