The room, the breakfast, the rooftop, and the central location are all great! The rooftop service and some breakfast tables are unusable because of excessive air conditioning.

The only bright spot was the hotel's spot right on Sukiennice. Even though we stayed just one day, we don’t think it deserves a 5‑star rating. At the start we had trouble finding the hotel and the staff couldn’t help, so we lost an hour circling the market looking for a place to unload our luggage. We were told the hotel only allowed a 20‑minute unloading slot, and a staff member later said we could stay there for 120 zł, but no other spot was offered, so we finally had to leave the car 600 m away. We also received a ticket at the unloading spot the hotel had designated. The room itself was ordinary, with a comfortable bed but the ventilation was very loud and we could hear noises from other rooms. The bathroom had a freestanding tub, but rinsing off in it was almost impossible because the water pressure was clearly lacking. The staff seemed unprofessional and we didn’t feel cared for at all. For breakfast we chose the à la carte option and my partner ordered scrambled eggs on toast; the waitress told us we could just add it ourselves from the Swedish table, which seemed pointless. Considering the hotel claims 5‑star, the breakfast was very basic and sparse.

Very central, clean, and overall a good vibe. The only downside was the lack of stairs.

The location was great. I had to pay with a travel card at the hotel and they charged me without allowing me to switch to a credit card, adding over 10 % for currency conversion, and I couldn’t change that.
